The Digital Marketing & Communications team consists of ten passionate and skilled specialists. You will play a central role in driving our digital transformation and delivering our ambition to be number one in customer experience, together with colleagues in MarCom, our Business Units and Creative Execution.
As Project Manager, you will manage projects on a daily basis and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, as well as manage and maintain our digital design system. In addition, you will secure documentation, update digital design system, and proactively lead digital design development. Identifying, coordinating and consulting on digital design related tasks across the organisation will be an important part of the job. We want you to help ensure that we have a sufficient toolbox, and help build knowledge and deliver training of digital design systems in MarCom. In addition, you will support the implementation of design and consult internal stakeholders on digital design implementation and usage.
To be able to perform in the role, we believe you have experience in project management from a creative agency, web/design agency or a large company working with UX and design as well as a record of accomplishment working with web design. You have a holistic approach to design and a deep knowledge of online and graphic design in addition to an understanding of most common mobile and design principles. You also need to be able to navigate in a large and complex organisation with many different stakeholders and opinions.
Experience with design and multimedia design software is an advantage. It is important that you are equipped with the latest knowledge of digital designing toolbox, basic web design (css & html), e.g. colour theories and typography, and have a natural interest in new upcoming trends. We expect you to have experience or capability to work across digital channels and devices, whether it’s mobile, tablet, desktop, wearables or a new upcoming technology.
As a part of our team you will have the opportunity to develop, both personally and professionally, amongst our skilled co-workers. You will be an integral part of Danske Banks ambition to become number one in customer experience.
