We’re looking for a Service Design Lead who can strengthen and expand the studio’s service design offering. Can you discover and design better human experiences? Then we’re looking for you.
What do we expect from you?
- Ability to strengthen and expand the studio’s service design offering, both as process and delivery
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower colleagues and stakeholders
- Already work at a senior or director level with +5 years of relevant consultancy experience
- Experience in leading agile teams to ensure high design quality and high people satisfaction
- Methodology leadership and how to transform them into everyday operations
- Experience in owning the full project scope: Client relationship, process and execution
- Readiness to travel
- A wide curiosity towards data, technology, media, marketing and business transformation
