In 2006 the Milan-based designer, Mauro Pastore, and his partners at ‘cacao design’ set up the publishing house Eulda Books with the aim of honouring outstanding design. Two years later the competition was renamed Wolda – Worldwide Logo Design Annual and ran until 2010 with great succes with logos from all over the world entered for the competition. After a pause between the end of 2010 and 2017, Wolda was successfull restarted and was held again in 2018 with more than 300 entries from 48 countries.
